I’ve lived at several places in Greenville. All of them have their pros and cons, but the property management that stood out to me was Pitt Property Management. If you are looking for a quiet, convenient location to the dog park and campus, and an overall friendly staff, I highly recommend Pitt Property. It’s well-lit, safe, and has two to three law enforcement officers who live there, which is nice. If I could recommend any location in Greenville again, I would only suggest Pitt Property.

I can’t say enough about the quality of their properties. They are constantly upgrading and keeping everything looking great. I have several friends that have lived in their properties and they have all loved them. Before I forget, their staff is also just as amazing!

This place is wonderful. My roommate and I have enjoyed our time here! Well taken care of. Maintenance is quick and they have always fixed things the first time, unlike other apartments I have stayed at. Office staff is nice and professional.

Great location. Near the school, downtown, and the Greenway. Everyone at the office are super helpful and nice!

I never leave reviews but in this case I have to. I cannot say enough nice things about Brookfield Apartments. I moved here four years ago and it’s the best decision I ever made. Jessica is absolutely amazing! Maintenance is amazing! It’s perfectly situated; you’re basically five minutes from anything in Greenville. It’s a very quiet apartment complex so no one bothers you. It’s very LGBT friendly, which means a lot as I’m a transgender woman and my privacy means the world to me. Very diverse group of residents. Highly recommend!

These apartments are great! They are spacious with nice carpets and plenty of closet space; and you can’t hear your neighbors, which is always nice. They are pet friendly and close to trails, the river, and the dog park. The office staff are friendly and willing to answer your questions anytime!

I have lived at Wesley South for the past three years while attending East Carolina University. The apartments are located right around the corner from the university, so it’s easy to walk or ride a bike to class. Plus, the ECU bus has a stop right in front of the apartments. The staff is amazing; they have always been helpful and kind in assisting me with anything we have needed. For the price, proximity to downtown and campus, and the help of the awesome staff, you won’t find a better deal in Greenville!

I’ve been living here since 2010. The majority of people that live here are a little older, so it’s really quiet and you don’t have to worry about the college crowd. Everyone is friendly and the staff is great. They keep the property looking nice, and if there’s an issue they take care of it as soon as possible. It’s also close to everything as well. If you are looking for a quiet place that’s not too expensive, with friendly neighbors and a quiet neighborhood, I would recommend Brookfield Apartments.

Awesome place to rent from. They are very understanding and maintenance requests are always checked on quickly. 100% recommend.

I have lived here for the past two years. The office staff has always been super helpful and very friendly. I have needed minimum repair work done on my apartment, and the one incident I had in two years was resolved within a 48 hour period. It only took that long because we needed a part, which was outside of their control. I highly recommend living here!

Jessica from the office is fantastic! The apartment itself is the perfect size. Loved the fenced yard for my dogs. Needed little to no maintenance while I was there, but they were on top of it each time. The maintenance team was super speedy and good at what they do. The location is great—right between the Greenway and ECU. I got extremely lucky when I found this place!

Nice, quiet, and safe apartments, prompt repairs, and the management team is on top of it. I loved living here. The location is right on the greenway, with the dog park a short walk away. I had an AC problem last summer, and the repairman came to fix it within hours of placing a work order. Best of all, the management team, led by Jessica, is incredibly quick and thorough with their responses to questions and issues. One of the best renting experiences I’ve had.

My husband and I moved across the country from Portland, OR so that I could attend East Carolina University’s School of Fine Art and Design for my MFA in Metal Design.
The move itself on our end was extremely stressful and I was trying to rent from 3,200 miles away, which I found to be extremely difficult until I emailed Pitt Property Management. Jessica Luvender (like Lavender, but with a U) responded immediately with apartment availability, fliers, applications and a sample of rental terms and property rules.
Many if not most apartment offices aren’t open on weekends, and I was so grateful when I found out PPM was open Saturdays. We toured the apartment, applied, and were approved the same day, and moved in the following Monday.
We have lived in Wesley South Apartments from almost the day we arrived in Greenville, and are so grateful to all the staff at PPM, including Mike Purifoy and the maintainence team, for taking such good care of all our issues.
Every maintenance issue was promptly logged and dealt with as soon as possible, often the same exact day.
And finally, the apartments are animal-friendly, and there are dog bones in the office for your pups 🙂
PPM manages two other large properties: Ashton Woods and Brookfield at Lynndale, and the properties are all owned by the same family.
I don’t hesitate to recommend Wesley South and Pitt Property Management for any of your apartment renting needs.

Wow. Talk about OUTSTANDING customer service. We rented with Pitt Property Management from January 2008 until June of 2012. Jessica has been the most wonderful and helpful manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She went above and beyond to resolve our tiny issue, and she made it a point to keep checking back with us. She is the epitome of excellent customer service. I HIGHLY recommend renting with PPM.

Ashton Woods is a 15-minute walk to the Howell Science Complex at ECU. It’s also adjacent to the beautiful Greenway. Neighbors are more likely to be graduate students (like my fiancé and I were) than undergraduates. Quiet area without a lot of partying. Great for serious graduate and undergraduate students! Beautiful landscaping and spacious apartments.

I love this place! It’s so quiet, and the dog park is literally 0.2 miles away! Wesley South is pet friendly. They have grass and play areas, and the staff here are AWESOME! Come be a part of the best kept apartments EVER!

My experience has been nothing but great. I was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment and unfortunately they were all taken, but Jessica was able to find me an awesome 2 bedroom apartment at Wesley South for an awesome price. There is really nothing bad I can say about my experience with them.
