Awesome place to rent from. They are very understanding and maintenance requests are always checked on quickly. 100% recommend.

Nice, quiet, and safe apartments, prompt repairs, and the management team is on top of it. I loved living here. The location is right on the greenway, with the dog park a short walk away. I had an AC problem last summer, and the repairman came to fix it within hours of placing a work order. Best of all, the management team, led by Jessica, is incredibly quick and thorough with their responses to questions and issues. One of the best renting experiences I’ve had.

This place is wonderful. My roommate and I have enjoyed our time here! Well taken care of. Maintenance is quick and they have always fixed things the first time, unlike other apartments I have stayed at. Office staff is nice and professional.

My husband and I moved across the country from Portland, OR so that I could attend East Carolina University’s School of Fine Art and Design for my MFA in Metal Design.
The move itself on our end was extremely stressful and I was trying to rent from 3,200 miles away, which I found to be extremely difficult until I emailed Pitt Property Management. Jessica Luvender (like Lavender, but with a U) responded immediately with apartment availability, fliers, applications and a sample of rental terms and property rules.
Many if not most apartment offices aren’t open on weekends, and I was so grateful when I found out PPM was open Saturdays. We toured the apartment, applied, and were approved the same day, and moved in the following Monday.
We have lived in Wesley South Apartments from almost the day we arrived in Greenville, and are so grateful to all the staff at PPM, including Mike Purifoy and the maintainence team, for taking such good care of all our issues.
Every maintenance issue was promptly logged and dealt with as soon as possible, often the same exact day.
And finally, the apartments are animal-friendly, and there are dog bones in the office for your pups 🙂
PPM manages two other large properties: Ashton Woods and Brookfield at Lynndale, and the properties are all owned by the same family.
I don’t hesitate to recommend Wesley South and Pitt Property Management for any of your apartment renting needs.

My experience has been nothing but great. I was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment and unfortunately they were all taken, but Jessica was able to find me an awesome 2 bedroom apartment at Wesley South for an awesome price. There is really nothing bad I can say about my experience with them.

I never leave reviews but in this case I have to. I cannot say enough nice things about Brookfield Apartments. I moved here four years ago and it’s the best decision I ever made. Jessica is absolutely amazing! Maintenance is amazing! It’s perfectly situated; you’re basically five minutes from anything in Greenville. It’s a very quiet apartment complex so no one bothers you. It’s very LGBT friendly, which means a lot as I’m a transgender woman and my privacy means the world to me. Very diverse group of residents. Highly recommend!

I lived here for a few years. The apartment was nice. Great area; quiet and convenient to shops and businesses.

I’ve been living here since 2010. The majority of people that live here are a little older, so it’s really quiet and you don’t have to worry about the college crowd. Everyone is friendly and the staff is great. They keep the property looking nice, and if there’s an issue they take care of it as soon as possible. It’s also close to everything as well. If you are looking for a quiet place that’s not too expensive, with friendly neighbors and a quiet neighborhood, I would recommend Brookfield Apartments.
