As you know, our new decks are currently under construction. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we know you’ll be happy with the finished product! We’re very proud of our improvements!

For current residents

Please remember to take all trash to the dumpsters and please dispose of cigarette butts in an ashtray or “butt bucket”. Your Pitt Property Management staff will be happy to provide you with a bucket if you don’t have your own! Also remember that your balconies and patios are not to be used as storage for your belongings. Only outdoor patio furniture, please!

For our dog owners at Wesley South and Ashton Woods

At Wesley South and Ashton Woods, we’re very pet friendly! Please remember to scoop your pet’s poop. We have plenty of the “poop stations” and we want you to use them. Keep in mind that as the winter months approach, our landscapers will be mowing less and the poop becomes an even bigger issue than normal. Also remember that if you fail to clean up after your pooch, you could be charged a landscaping fee of $100 per incident. Please be responsible pet owners!
